A Digital Agency That Does Everything
Some friends and I are joining forces to combine our resources and launch a digital agency that speacilizing in one area of digital marketing. The area we picked was based on the feedback that we’ve gathered from talking with many bands and firms that we would consider potential partners and clients. We talked last night about how a lot of digital shops will say they do everything to get business and more importantly, win new clients.
However, we felt that focusing on one are and being a leader in that field was going to bring us and our clients more success in the long run. Plus lets be honest here…. we didn’t want to do everything and be like the other guys. When you specialize you can master that area and not become a jack-of-all-trades. Not that there is really anything wrong with that. However, they say it takes 10,000 hours to mater something… which works out to be about 5 years of your working life. We hope by specializing in this one area of digital marketing, we can help shape the future of our industry as up and comers.
There is still an uphill journey to be traveled before we launch and anything could happen between now and then. However, the opportunity to work with my two friends would be an honour and privilage. They are two smart cookies and I can learn a lot from them.
