Carlton Cards: Your Membership Cards Suck
They can look up my points but they can’t le me use my points. Who ever designed the system this way needs a lesson in digital marketing. What’s the point of having a membership card if I need a print out of my points in order to use it? I’ve not enjoyed card shopping in the last 3 or 4 years because I felt the card industry was making more boring cards every year. Now this last situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not sure what the alternative is but I’m going to start to look for one. The card industry needs a wake up call.
